A few of my greatest loves in life are exquisite flowers and the nostalgia of an old farmhouse filled with stories, history and rustic charm. My Homely Sessions are intimate shoots held in spaces that have been lovingly tendered to and carry that old school charm and beauty of the ages.

My well loved Homely sessions are back again this year at a brand new location ~ a incredible flower farm at Mount Tamborine, in the Gold Coast Hinterland.

These sessions are perfect for families, newborn or maternity sessions.

My greatest desire is to create love-soaked poetic images for you at these venues that capture the imperfection and the depth and beauty of motherhood and family life. Together we will create heirloom images, with a dash of nostalgia and a whole lot of heart!

These are one-of-a-kind sessions that are very limited and book out fast!

Session times are 50 minutes long. These are not rushed mini sessions, they are full sessions where you will get a large variety of images and have the time to explore the grounds as we shoot. There is no additional hire fee or travel costs, the session cost is all inclusive.

- Best for family groups, mamas, newborns and maternity sessions.

LOCATION
A private farm residence turned dreamy flower haven on Mount Tamborine.
Wander through blooms that change with the seasons, past daisy-lined ponds and under grand old trees. The grounds are expansive and peaceful, with friendly chickens for the little ones to visit and plenty of space to explore and play.

    Fill out our questionnaire so I can get to know your family and sign your session agreement.

    Shoot Day

    I’ll stay in touch all along the way to you’re all prepped and ready to go for your session.

    Gallery Delivery Day

    Within 3 weeks of your session you will receive your full gallery of images to swoon over! You can then choose your image collection and download your images.

Frequently Asked questions

  • I shoot outdoor sessions in any kind of weather except the rain so I’ll make a call on the session day about rescheduling the session if the rain has set in. We can reschedule the session to the next available hire date or your collection fee can be used towards another session with me, within 12 months.

  • I deliver all of my galleries within 3 weeks of a session. You will receive an email from me giving you access to your online gallery of images and a text message just in case you don’t check emails often.

  • When you book in, your booking deposit is due to be paid so your date is locked in. The remaining balance of your chosen collection is due 3 days prior to your session. Once you have received your images, you can easily upgrade to another collection if you wish.

  • If you or your little ones are sick on the day of the session, I will happily reschedule for another day. Same goes for me, if I’m not well I’ll let you know asap and we will find another date. I’ll never turn up to a session unwell especially if you have a newborn bubba. There is no fee to reschedule your session.

  • The quick answer is no. I spend hours editing your images to achieve the look and feel that I love and which is cohesive with my portfolio of images. I remove small blemishes, such as pimples, scratches or prominent bruises but I do not offer any heavy photoshopping or image manipulation. If this is something you would like, a separate quote for high-end retouching will be provided.

  • If you need to reschedule the session, please get in touch asap. These Homely sessions are held at venues that I have booked and paid for so I am unable to offer refunds for the collection fee. I’ll send you full details of my cancellation policy when booking in. I will always do my best to move your session date to another time and fill your Homely session spot where possible.
